As a condition of being a speaker for PARI’s CEU Programs, you must agree to the following:
- 1. You will conduct oral presentations and provide scientific and clinical opinions based on your clinical expertise.
- 2. You will observe the following points in Compliance with FDA Guidance – Industry-Supported Scientific and Educational Activities, Nov 1997:
- a) Your remarks will conform to approved labeling for any product discussed; You assume full responsibility for any discussions that do not conform to approved labeling and must disclose that fact to the audience.
- b) Your presentation will focus on the educational needs of the audience
- c) Your presentation will be balanced and will include both risks and benefits
- d) You will discuss only marketed products, and include all reasonable and relevant options
- e) Your presentation will not be false or misleading in any manner
- f) Your presentation will include opportunities for meaningful discussion with, and questioning from, the audience
- g) Your presentation will be educational, nonpromotional, and free from commercial bias
